單回路控制儀具有多個功能。首先，它可以接收多個輸入信號，但只輸出一個模擬量信號，從而構(gòu)成單回路直接數(shù)字控制。其次，它通常由微處理器、過程輸入輸出通道、正面板、側(cè)面板、供電電源、數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)等硬件部分，以及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、基本算式編程系統(tǒng)等軟件部分組成。這使得用戶可以根據(jù)需要編制程序，組成各種調(diào)節(jié)規(guī)律，因此它也被稱為“可編程控制器”。

此外，單回路控制由四個基本環(huán)節(jié)組成，即被控對象（或過程）、測量變送裝置、控制器和控制閥。單回路控制器的主要任務(wù)是對控制系統(tǒng)的整定。對于已經(jīng)設(shè)計并安裝好的控制系統(tǒng)，通過調(diào)整控制器的參數(shù)，可以使系統(tǒng)的過渡過程達到滿意的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)要求。

單回路控制器具有兩個控制回路：比例積分模擬回路和比例積分溫度控制回路。這種控制器特別適用于單回路的簡單控制系統(tǒng)與復(fù)雜的串級控制系統(tǒng)。除了能完成傳統(tǒng)的模擬控制器的比例、積分、微分控制功能外，YS1700-100/A06/A31?還能進行加、減、乘、除、開方等運算，以及進行高、低值選擇和邏輯運算等。

Single loop controller, also known as single loop controller or single loop digital controller, YS1700-100/A06/A31 is a digital control instrument. It mainly takes the microprocessor as the core of calculation and control, and is equipped with corresponding software. In appearance and use, it is similar to a conventional analog controller.

The single loop controller has multiple functions. First, it can receive multiple input signals, but only output an analog signal, thus constituting a single loop direct digital control. Secondly, it is usually composed of a microprocessor, a process input and output channel, a front panel, a side panel, a power supply, a digital communication system and other hardware parts, as well as a monitoring system, a basic computational programming system and other software parts. This allows users to prepare programs according to their needs and compose various adjustment laws, so it is also called a “programmable controller”.

In addition, single-loop control consists of four basic links, namely, the controlled object (or process), the measurement transmission device, the controller and the control valve. The main task of the single loop controller is to adjust the control system. For the designed and installed control system, by adjusting the parameters of the controller, the transition process of the system can reach the satisfactory quality index requirements.

The single-loop controller has two control loops: a proportional integral analog loop and a proportional integral temperature control loop. This kind of controller is especially suitable for simple single-loop control system and complex cascade control system. In addition to the proportion, integral and differential control functions of the traditional analog controller, YS1700-100/A06/A31 can also be added, subtraction, multiplication, division, root and other operations, as well as high and low value selection and logical operations.
