集成門極換流晶閘管IGCT (Integrated Gate-Commutated Thyristor)有的廠家也稱為GCT (Gate-Commutated Thyristor)， 即門極換流晶閘管,是20世紀(jì)90年代后期出現(xiàn)的新型電力電子器件。集成門極換流晶閘管IGCT將IGBT與GTO的優(yōu)點(diǎn)結(jié)合起來，其容量與GTO相當(dāng),但開關(guān)速度比GTO快10倍,而且可以省去GTO應(yīng)用是龐大而復(fù)雜的緩沖電路，不過其所需的驅(qū)動功率仍然很大。目前，IGCT正在與IGBT以及其他新型器件激烈競爭,試圖最終取代GTO在大功率場合的位置。
