AKM12C-ANCNR-00 is called a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, its core feature is that its rotor excitation field is provided by a permanent magnet. The operation principle of this kind of motor is mainly by controlling the three-phase armature current, so that the stator synthesis current vector and the rotor excitation field are orthogonal, so as to produce electromagnetic torque. Because the torque can be controlled only by controlling the armature current, the control of synchronous motors is relatively simple.

Synchronous servo motor is mainly composed of stator, rotor and detection components. The stator groove has a polyphase symmetrical winding stator, and the difference with the ordinary motor is that the outer circle is mostly polygon, there is no design shell, so that the heat will not accumulate, to solve the problem of the machine tool equipment control accuracy decline caused by heat accumulation. The permanent magnet is close to the magnetic yoke, and the magnetic yoke is nested outside the rotating shaft, which directly saves the material and avoids the loss of the commutator and brush in the DC motor. The detecting element, the encoder, is located on an interconnected shaft with the rotor to realize closed-loop control of the motor and feedback adjustment of the speed.
