CON021 傳感器、延伸線、前置器
epro軸振傳感器由三部分組成：傳感器、延伸線、前置器。
在訂貨時(shí)必須選擇傳感器的安裝螺紋形式、螺紋長(zhǎng)度、金屬鎧裝、中間接頭、延伸線長(zhǎng)度、前置器類型。傳感器螺紋形式用于傳感器在支架上固定時(shí)安裝螺紋的規(guī)范，有兩種尺寸可以選擇：公制：M10*1，英制：3/8”-24UNF。螺紋長(zhǎng)度用于在安裝時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)探頭表面與支架的距離，長(zhǎng)度越長(zhǎng)，可調(diào)節(jié)長(zhǎng)度越長(zhǎng)。必須注意的是安裝空間是否可以容納***的探頭體。金屬鎧裝指在延伸電纜外的不銹鋼金屬保護(hù)套管。
在傳感器延伸線上可選1m處接頭，接頭的作用是方便安裝，如果采用套筒式支架，必須帶中間接頭的傳感器。前置器可選防爆級(jí)別的型號(hào)CON011或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型前置器CON021。當(dāng)渦流傳感器用于軸振測(cè)量時(shí)，通常選擇探頭直徑8mm，線性工作范圍為2mm的傳感器PR6423系列。
支架設(shè)計(jì)
支架的設(shè)計(jì)必須考慮支架的自振頻率應(yīng)大于被測(cè)量工頻10倍以上，與支撐座體有良好的連接，不會(huì)導(dǎo)致部件的松動(dòng)。根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)傳感器的安裝位置，在安裝位置上能夠攻與傳感器螺紋相同的通孔，以便安裝時(shí)能夠方便固定和調(diào)節(jié)。

The epro shaft vibration sensor consists of three parts: the sensor, the extension line, and the preprocessor.
When ordering the sensor, you must select the mounting thread form, thread length, metal armor, intermediate joint, extension line length, and preprocessor type. Sensor thread form Specification for mounting threads when the sensor is mounted on the bracket, available in two sizes: metric: M10*1, inch: 3/8 “-24UNF. The thread length is used to adjust the distance between the probe surface and the support during installation. The longer the length, the longer the adjustable length. It must be noted that the installation space can accommodate the best probe body. Metal armor refers to the stainless steel metal protective sleeve outside the extension cable.
The sensor extension line can be connected at 1m, and the function of the joint is to facilitate installation. If the sleeve type bracket is used, the sensor with an intermediate connector must be used. The preprocessor is available in explosion-proof class CON011 or standard type CON021. When eddy current sensors are used for shaft vibration measurement, the PR6423 series with probe diameter of 8mm and linear operating range of 2mm is usually selected.
Support design
The design of the support must consider that the natural vibration frequency of the support should be more than 10 times the measured power frequency, and there is a good connection with the support base, which will not lead to the loosening of the parts. The installation position of the sensor can be designed according to the need, and the through hole can be tapped at the installation position with the same thread of the sensor, so that it can be easily fixed and adjusted during installation.
