控制系統(tǒng)需要建立信號(hào)的輸入和輸出通道，這就是I/O,DCS中的I/O一般是模塊化的，一個(gè)I/O模塊上有一個(gè)或多個(gè)I/O通道，用來(lái)連接傳感器和執(zhí)行器（調(diào)節(jié)閥）。常用的I/O信號(hào)一般分為：AI、PI、AO、DI和DO。AI－－模擬量輸入信號(hào)PI－－脈沖量輸入信號(hào)AO－－模擬量輸出信號(hào)DI－－數(shù)字量輸入信號(hào)DO–數(shù)字量輸出信號(hào)

HIMA的HF6214 系統(tǒng)為CPU四重化結(jié)構(gòu)（QMR），即系統(tǒng)的中央控制單元共有四個(gè)微處理器，每二個(gè)微處理器集成在一塊CU模件上，再由2塊同樣的CU模件構(gòu)成冗余的中央控制單元。HIMA的1oo2D結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品就已獲得AK6/SIL3的安全認(rèn)證。采用雙1oo2D結(jié)構(gòu)，即2oo4D結(jié)構(gòu)的目的是為用戶提供大的實(shí)用性（可用性），其容錯(cuò)功能使得系統(tǒng)中任何一個(gè)部件發(fā)生故障，均不影響系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行。與傳統(tǒng)的三重化結(jié)構(gòu)相比，它的容錯(cuò)功能更加完善。目前，四重化結(jié)構(gòu)的SIS已經(jīng)成為各專業(yè)制造廠商研制開發(fā)新系統(tǒng)的主流趨勢(shì)。

F6214 系統(tǒng)為模塊化的結(jié)構(gòu)，中央機(jī)架部分包括中央單元、通訊模塊和電源模件組成。每個(gè)51q系統(tǒng)能夠擴(kuò)展16個(gè)I/O子機(jī)架，每個(gè)I/O子機(jī)架又容納16個(gè)I/O模塊。

通信模塊：通信模塊用于連接整個(gè)安全控制系統(tǒng)和外部設(shè)備，如監(jiān)視器、計(jì)算機(jī)、PLC 等。通信模塊支持多種通信協(xié)議和接口，如 Modbus、Profibus、CAN 等。

電源模塊：電源模塊提供整個(gè)安全控制系統(tǒng)所需的電源和電壓。電源模塊還具有各種保護(hù)功能，如過(guò)載保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)等，以確保安全控制系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定和可靠運(yùn)行。

HIMA’s HF6214 system is a CPU quadruple structure (QMR), that is, the central control unit of the system has a total of four microprocessors, each of which is integrated on a CU module, and then composed of two identical CU modules to form a redundant central control unit. HIMA’s 1oo2D structural products have received AK6/SIL3 safety certification. The purpose of using the double 1oo2D structure, that is, the 2oo4D structure, is to provide users with large practicability (availability), and its fault tolerance function makes the failure of any part in the system without affecting the normal operation of the system. Compared with the traditional triplex structure, its fault-tolerant function is more perfect. At present, SIS with quadruplex structure has become the mainstream trend of the development of new systems by various professional manufacturers.

The F6214 system is a modular structure, and the central rack part consists of a central unit, a communication module and a power module. Each 51q system is capable of expanding up to 16 I/O subracks, each of which accommodates 16 I/O modules.

Communication module: The communication module is used to connect the entire security control system and external devices, such as monitors, computers, PLCS, etc. Communication module supports a variety of communication protocols and interfaces, such as Modbus, Profibus, CAN, etc.

Power module: The power module provides power and voltage for the entire safety control system. The power module also has various protection functions, such as overload protection, short circuit protection, etc., to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the safety control system.
