HOI-653A HP傳感器
The HOI-653A is a general term for a class of sensors that includes a wide range of different types and functions for measuring and detecting a variety of physical quantities. Among them, the HP-L-10.10T laser sensor and HP203B air pressure sensor are two specific models of HP sensors.
The HP-L-10.10T laser sensor is a new line laser sensor released by Hexcom, which has an accuracy of 8 microns at a standard line width of 80mm, leading other manufacturers in the industry to achieve high efficiency and high precision measurement of basic geometry and free-form surfaces. In addition, it also has a variable speed scanning function and integrates a real-time visual camera to provide a more intuitive operating experience for the operator. In the medical industry, laser sensors can significantly improve measurement efficiency and reduce measurement errors through non-contact detection.
The HOI-653A is a high-resolution (0.1meter) pressure sensor with an I2C interface that includes a silicon piezoresistive pressure element and a high-resolution 24-bit △∑ADC. It provides high precision 24-bit digital output of pressure and temperature, and can convert speed and height according to application requirements. The sensor integrates a 24-bit ADC, a silicon sensor chip, and an OTP that stores internal parameters. The company’s patented compensation algorithm is used to sample, signal process, and calculate the actual direct result value in the sensor device chip. This allows the external application MCU only to issue a signal acquisition command, after completion, and then directly read the actual values of pressure, temperature and absolute altitude through the I2C interface.
