分布式控制系統(tǒng)（Distributed Control System，簡稱DCS）也稱為集散控制系統(tǒng)，是一種計算機(jī)化的控制系統(tǒng)，MA-0185-100用于對過程或工廠進(jìn)行集中管理和分散控制。該系統(tǒng)主要特點(diǎn)包括各子系統(tǒng)間的密切聯(lián)系和信息交換，以及系統(tǒng)對其總體目標(biāo)和任務(wù)的綜合協(xié)調(diào)與分配。

DCS主要由過程控制單元（PCU）、數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置（DAU）、CRT操作站、監(jiān)控計算機(jī)和數(shù)據(jù)高速公路（HW）五部分組成。此外，DCS還采用了分散控制和集中管理的設(shè)計思想，以及多層分級、合作自治的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。其關(guān)鍵屬性是可靠性，控制處理在系統(tǒng)中節(jié)點(diǎn)周圍的分布，減輕了單個處理器的故障影響。

Distributed Control System (DCS), also known as Distributed Control System, is a computerized control system, MA-0185-100 used for centralized management and decentralized control of processes or plants. The main features of the system include the close connection and information exchange among the subsystems, as well as the integrated coordination and allocation of the system’s overall objectives and tasks.

DCS consists of five parts: process control unit (PCU), data acquisition device (DAU), CRT operating station, monitoring computer and data highway (HW). In addition, DCS also adopts the design idea of decentralized control and centralized management, as well as the structure form of multi-level classification and cooperative autonomy. Its key attribute is reliability, which controls the distribution of processing around nodes in the system, mitigating the impact of failure of a single processor.

Functionally, logically, physically, and geographically, DCS is decentralized. At the same time, the system also integrates computer technology, network technology, communication technology and automatic control technology. MA-0185-100 is a new type of control system that disperses risk and centralizes control. DCS has been widely used in power, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries.
