一、模擬量模塊的種類
(1)模擬量輸入模塊
模擬量輸入模塊也稱為A/D模塊，它將從各種工業(yè)現(xiàn)場傳感器中采集的模擬量信號轉(zhuǎn)換成CPU可以識別接收的數(shù)字量。
(2)模擬量輸出模塊
模擬量輸出模塊又稱為D/A模塊，簡單來說就是將模擬量輸入模塊CPU送來的數(shù)字量轉(zhuǎn)換成其他外部設(shè)備1識別接收的電壓或者電流等信息。
(3)數(shù)字量模塊
數(shù)字量模塊的主要作用就是檢查外部開關(guān)輸入的狀態(tài)。數(shù)字量輸入輸出信號是開關(guān)量信號，1或者0。
二、模擬量模塊的作用
1、模擬量輸入模塊的主要作用是收集模擬信號。收集外部壓力傳感器后，在模塊內(nèi)部收集壓力傳感器收集的模擬信號,并進行相應(yīng)的處理。這里的傳感器數(shù)據(jù)包括電壓、電流、熱阻、熱電偶、溫度等模擬值，然后通過總線傳輸給計算機的智能模塊。
2、模擬量輸出模塊的作用是通過數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換輸入的數(shù)字信號進行轉(zhuǎn)換，輸出可控制的連續(xù)電流和信號。
3、數(shù)字量模塊:數(shù)字量模塊有輸入輸出兩種功能。如果不采用這種方法集成，可以節(jié)省更多空間,否則用戶在使用時需要買兩個模塊，數(shù)字量模塊解決了這一問題，即:集成輸入/輸出功能，-一個模塊既可以輸入信號也可以輸出信號。
