PMAC2-CPU 兼具多軸順序啟停、主從跟隨和多軸同步等功能

運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器是自動(dòng)化的一個(gè)分支，PMAC2-CPU使用伺服機(jī)構(gòu)來控制機(jī)器的位置或速度。運(yùn)動(dòng)控制在機(jī)器人和數(shù)控機(jī)床領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的應(yīng)用要比在專用機(jī)器中的應(yīng)用更復(fù)雜，因?yàn)楹笳哌\(yùn)動(dòng)形式更簡單，通常被稱為通用運(yùn)動(dòng)控制（GMC）。運(yùn)動(dòng)控制被廣泛應(yīng)用在包裝、印刷、紡織和裝配工業(yè)中。

目前市面上通用的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器主要分為三類：
– PLC：梯形圖編程便利，邏輯控制功能強(qiáng)大，兼具多軸順序啟停、主從跟隨和多軸同步等功能，適用于張力、卷繞、轉(zhuǎn)矩控制等應(yīng)用場景。
– PC BASED 運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡：有獨(dú)立 CPU 執(zhí)行運(yùn)動(dòng)控制程序，IPC 和板卡相互獨(dú)立，利用 PCI-E 接口進(jìn)行通信和高級(jí)語言編程等優(yōu)勢，適用于高精度運(yùn)動(dòng)控制等應(yīng)用場景。
– 運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器：PMAC2-CPU算法和運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡幾乎一樣，但其可以直接寫程序并下載，這樣就可以脫機(jī)運(yùn)行，更適用于特定行業(yè)，具有行業(yè)專屬的用戶場景。

運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器是控制電動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行方式的專用控制器。例如，PMAC2-CPU電動(dòng)機(jī)在由行程開關(guān)控制交流接觸器而實(shí)現(xiàn)電動(dòng)機(jī)拖動(dòng)物體向上運(yùn)行達(dá)到指定位置后又向下運(yùn)行，或者用時(shí)間繼電器控制電動(dòng)機(jī)正反轉(zhuǎn)或轉(zhuǎn)一會(huì)停一會(huì)再轉(zhuǎn)一會(huì)再停。

運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器是決定自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)性能的主要器件。對于三菱系列，運(yùn)動(dòng)CPU就是運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器。

The motion controller is a branch of automation where the PMAC2-CPU uses a servomechanism to control the position or speed of the machine. The application of motion control in the field of robotics and CNC machine tools is more complex than the application in specialized machines, because the latter has a simpler form of motion and is often referred to as general motion control (GMC). Motion control is widely used in packaging, printing, textile and assembly industries.

At present, the general motion controllers on the market are mainly divided into three categories:
– PLC: ladder diagram programming is convenient, logic control function is powerful, both multi-axis sequential start and stop, master and slave follow and multi-axis synchronization functions, suitable for tension, winding, torque control and other application scenarios.
– PC-based motion control card: It has independent CPU to execute motion control program, IPC and board are independent of each other, and uses PCI-E interface for communication and high-level language programming. It is suitable for high-precision motion control and other application scenarios.
Motion controller: The PMAC2-CPU algorithm is almost the same as the motion control card, but it can be directly written and downloaded, so that it can be run offline, more suitable for specific industries, with industry-specific user scenarios.

The motion controller is a special controller that controls the operation mode of the motor. For example, the PMAC2-CPU motor is controlled by the AC contactor by the stroke switch to achieve the motor to drive the object up to the specified position and then run down, or the time relay is used to control the motor to turn positive and negative or turn for a while to stop and then turn for a while to stop.

Motion controller is the main device that determines the performance of automatic control system. For the Mitsubishi series, the motion CPU is the motion controller.
