PXIE-4139 PXI源測量單元

PXIe-4139是一款高精度, 系統(tǒng)源測量單元 (SMU), 具有四象限工作能力, 可提供40 W DC電源。該模塊配有模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器, 確保高精度測量性能, 100 pA電流分辨率, 每條通道的采集率可達(dá)1.8 MS/s。該模塊采用SourceAdapt技術(shù), 最大限度地提高穩(wěn)定性和測量精度, 用戶可以使用該技術(shù)來調(diào)整瞬態(tài)響應(yīng), 以匹配任何負(fù)載。PXIe-4139適用于廣泛的應(yīng)用, 包括生產(chǎn)測試, 板級測試, 實(shí)驗(yàn)室表征應(yīng)用, 可用于表征IC, 例如電源管理IC (PMIC), RFIC, LED, 光電收發(fā)器等。

The PXIe-4139 is a high-precision, system Source measurement unit (SMU) with four-quadrant operating capability that delivers 40 W DC power. The module is equipped with an analog-to-digital converter, ensuring high precision measurement performance, 100 pA current resolution, and acquisition rates of up to 1.8 MS/s per channel. The module uses SourceAdapt technology to maximize stability and measurement accuracy, which users can use to adjust the transient response to match any load. The PXIe-4139 is suitable for a wide range of applications including production testing, board level testing, laboratory characterization applications and can be used to characterize ics such as power management ics (PMIC), RFIC, leds, photoelectric transceivers, etc.
