The XVS-440-57MPI-1-1A0 is a touch infrared touch protection panel. This device mainly relies on an infrared light matrix to detect the actuation of the operating elements displayed on the display. Specifically, when the user’s finger or other suitable object (minimum 7 mm) interrupts the infrared light matrix, the device recognizes and performs the appropriate action. This infrared touch method eliminates the need to touch the screen directly, providing a non-contact mode of operation.

On the power side, the device has an internal fuse to prevent polarity reversals. Its GND terminals are connected to the housing and 0V terminals, but the device power supply is not electrically isolated. Therefore, this device requires a 24 VDC power supply from a securely isolated AC/DC converter, such as SELV. Before use, it is recommended to consult the relevant power requirements and other technical specifications in detail to ensure correct and safe use.
